Self Evaluation

In our previous class meetings, we were asked to take several written test like the AQ test (adversity quotient test), EQ test (Emotional quotient) and the IQ (Intelligence quotient ). I really haven’t encountered yet the AQ and EQ, the only test I know is the IQ test because it tests the intelligence of a person. In the personal test we took during the class, I got 41 and the interpretation for that is somewhat entrepreneurial. Entrepreneurial as defined by the wordweb is the ability to take risks in order to make a profit. In a book that I have read, there are 42 gifts that the author wants us to receive and these gifts might lead an entrepreneur to success. In my case, I am somewhat entrepreneurial; it just states that I can improve to be an expert entrepreneur. Improving is a way to develop oneself; through this, I can evaluate myself for future assessment or purpose. There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self. Business, more than any other occupation, is continually dealing with the future; it is a continual calculation, an instinctive exercise in foresight. Business is continuous, it exists because we need improvement. Without change, there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable. Working with all the effort for your business is the best gift we can give to ourselves. It is a very rewarding feeling that you attained success because you’ve done so much effort. It is also a feeling of satisfaction and un-satisfaction. Satisfaction in the sense that you have done much effort for your own good and un-satisfaction in the sense that businessmen become more greedy for expansion and furnishing. But some, even they have put so much effort they can’t achieve what they want. Instead of mocking about the failure it is better to wholeheartedly accept and make it as inspiration. In the end, all of us only have ourselves for our own betterment. We must depend, evaluate and know ourselves. Knowing how to react and to act towards a situation is a great asset to have no regrets and have good decisions.
